1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Fronesis Advert website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Fronesis Advert website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on the Fronesis Advert website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Fronesis Advert makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Fronesis Advert or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Fronesis Advert website.
5. Text Message Terms
Consent. Fronesis Advert sends text messages only to people who have given express written consent by entering their mobile number in the chat widget on this website. That is the only place we collect a phone number or SMS consent — our Money Map request form is email-only. The consent you agree to reads: “I agree to receive text messages from Fronesis Advert about my request, appointments, and account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase and is never required to receive the Money Map.
Program description. Messages are conversational and one-to-one. They cover replies and follow-ups to your enquiry, confirmations and reminders for calls you have booked, delivery of documents you asked for as a client (proposals, audits, invoices, and receipts), and post-project requests for feedback or a review. We do not send promotional or marketing text message blasts.
Message frequency. Varies. Messages are sent in response to your activity, not on a fixed schedule.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Fronesis Advert does not charge you for text messages.
Opting out. Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You may also email evansc@fronesisadvert.com or call us to be removed.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for support contact details, email evansc@fronesisadvert.com, or call (269) 247-4940.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.
