Welcome to Fronesis Advert. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we look after your personal data when you visit our website, request a Money Map, or exchange text messages with us, and it tells you about your privacy rights.

2. The Data We Collect

We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you, which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Identity Data: first name, last name, business name, and trade.
  • Contact Data: email address, service town, and website or Google Business Profile URL. If you start a conversation in our website chat widget, the mobile telephone number you provide there.
  • Consent Data: the date, time, IP address, and exact wording of the consent you agreed to when you opted in to text messages.
  • Communications Data: the content of messages you exchange with us by email or SMS.
  • Technical Data: internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting, and approximate location.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use it in the following circumstances:

  • To provide the resources you requested, such as your free Money Map.
  • To reply to your enquiry and follow up about it by email, phone, or — where you have given express written consent — text message.
  • To confirm and remind you about calls and appointments you have booked with us.
  • To deliver documents you have asked for as a client, including proposals, audits, invoices, and payment receipts.
  • To ask an existing client for feedback or a review after a completed project.
  • To manage our relationship with you and improve our website and services.

We do not send promotional or marketing text message blasts. We do not buy, rent, append, or import phone numbers from third-party lead lists.

4. Legal Basis and Consent

Where we contact you by text message, we do so on the basis of the express written consent you gave us. Consent is collected in one place only: the chat widget on this website, where you enter your mobile number yourself and agree to the wording quoted in section 5 before the conversation starts. No other form on this site collects a phone number or SMS consent — our Money Map request form is email-only. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase and is never required in order to receive the Money Map. You may withdraw consent at any time; see section 5.

5. Mobile Information and SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By providing your mobile number to Fronesis Advert through our website chat widget, you agree to the following: “I agree to receive text messages from Fronesis Advert about my request, appointments, and account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

  • Program description: conversational, one-to-one messages about your enquiry, scheduled calls, project documents, invoices and receipts, and post-project review requests.
  • Message frequency: varies. Messages are sent in response to your activity, not on a schedule.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
  • To opt out: reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts.
  • For help: reply HELP to any message, email evansc@fronesisadvert.com, or call us.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Who We Share Data With

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract — our CRM and messaging platform, our database host, and our email provider. They may use it only to deliver the service to us. We never sell, rent, or lease your personal data, and, as stated in section 5, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

7. Data Retention

We keep enquiry and consent records for as long as we have a relationship with you and for three years afterwards, so that we can evidence the consent you gave us. You may ask us to delete your data sooner; we will keep only the minimum record of your opt-out needed to honour it.

8. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. Enquiry records are stored in an access-controlled database that our public website cannot read.

9. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you by any or all channels. Email evansc@fronesisadvert.com and we will respond within 30 days.
